Terms of Service

The deal between you and the Cooperative when you use this site. Short, readable, and free of corporate cosplay.

The handshake

By using this site, the backoffice, or any IDMC service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them — and reach out so we can do better.

1. Who can use this

You can use IDMC services if you are:

  • Of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Not on a sanctions list.
  • Not legally prohibited from participating in a digital-asset cooperative.

If any of that changes after you join, tell us promptly.

2. What this site is — and isn't

IDMC is a Wyoming Decentralized Unincorporated Nonprofit Association. It mines, holds, and distributes digital assets on behalf of its Members.

It is not:

  • An investment fund.
  • A bank, broker, or exchange.
  • A source of guaranteed returns.
  • A substitute for your own legal, tax, or financial advice.

Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. Mining yields are not guaranteed. Crypto prices move violently in both directions.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Scrape or automate the site in a way that degrades it for other Members.
  • Enroll under a false identity, impersonate anyone, or issue chargebacks against legitimate payments.
  • Use the platform to launder funds, evade sanctions, or finance prohibited activity.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, or attack our infrastructure. (If you find a security issue, please disclose it responsibly to security@iskandercoin.com — we'll thank you.)

4. Your account & wallet

  • You are responsible for the security of your own ISK wallet and any keys associated with it.
  • We will never ask you for your private keys or seed phrase. If anyone claiming to be IDMC asks, they aren't us.
  • If we suspect an account is compromised, we may pause distributions while we investigate.

5. Payments & enrollments

  • Enrollment package prices are denominated in USD and settled in the payment method you choose at checkout.
  • We confirm crypto payments on-chain. Once a transaction is confirmed, it's final — there are no chargebacks on a blockchain.
  • Refunds are not offered once your enrollment is provisioned and your on-chain attestation is written.

6. The site is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep things up, accurate, and secure. We can't guarantee any of those things perfectly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Cooperative, its Stewards, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost crypto value, or downtime.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes get a new version, a new effective date, and a fresh IPFS CID. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version. The version you agreed to at enrollment is preserved in your on-chain attestation.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally goes to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
